The entrance is at the rear of the building on Avenue Georges V, and there is a short flight of stairs up to the door. Once inside the flat is all on one level.

There is a large living/dining room, five bedrooms,  two bathrooms, kitchen and utility room. Three rooms open on to the large terrace which directly overlooks the quayside, with fabulous sea views. 

All the bedrooms are double, two with double beds, two with twin beds, and one with bunk beds. A cot is available. The living room has a double sofa bed, giving a maximum of 12 beds.

There is solid chestnut flooring in most rooms, with underfloor heating.

The flat provides spacious accommodation for one or two families, or a group of friends.
